Leonidas Ernesto Calderón Luna is the Founder & CEO of Leonidas Calderon Consulting Group LLC, specializing in strategic, financial, and institutional transformation for the U.S. Federal Government and the State of California. With over 30 years of experience, he has led financial restructuring, mergers, and public-private partnerships across Latin America and the U.S. As a consultant for the World Bank and IDB, he has worked on municipal development and public sector modernization. Former CFO of the Agricultural Development Bank of El Salvador, he led the country’s first $90 million securitization. He holds a Master’s in Business Economics from INCAE and a Finance Certification from Tecnológico de Monterrey.
